Mastercam Maintenance is a comprehensive yearly contract that provides customers with a multitude of benefits, including:

  • Enhancements, updates, and the newest software tools and features released during the period of the contract.
  • Discounts on training and hourly service rates.
  • One complimentary update training session per user from the current Mastercam release to one previous major release.
  • Additional free items: update installation package upon request; a PDF eBook tutorial for each SIM; post processor update per SIM, per major release; priority technical support by phone or online.

  • Inside Support Line: offers telephone tech support and remote login to customers’ computers to assist in questions and/or issues.
  • Field Tech Support: provides on-site support, installations, troubleshooting, training, and more.
  • Post Team: creates posts and makes any necessary edits/modifications to provide an edit-free post.

The Mastercam Maintenance contract provides free update training, keeping you educated on new features with each release. A free PDF tutorial offers additional education and our regularly scheduled webinars provide insight on different products, features, and what’s to come. Customers also benefit from how-to tech articles and how-to short videos.

Once you have been trained on the core products, maintenance ensures that you stay up to speed at no additional charge.

In-House Solutions has the largest Mastercam Post Development team in the world, supported by an extensive post library. We are constantly developing and testing new posts, and work hand in hand with our customers to provide edit-free posts. The process is simple: simply send your code in with what you would like changed.
