Our Cambridge head office is responsible for handling all customer inquiries. We strive to provide friendly, prompt and courteous answers to all questions and concerns.
Core responsibilities of the group include:
- Inside Sales: provide quotations for new and existing customers for both industry and education
- Service Coordination: schedule training classes at our training facilities and on-site technical support
- Product Codes: provide new, update and maintenance codes for Mastercam and CIMCO
- Education Resources: handle Mastercam tutorial requests
- Marketing: notify customers of sales promotions and any related information while also coordinating trade shows and advertising
- Shipping & Receiving: processes customer orders and ensures they are sent in a timely manner
