  • Bug Reporting: if the solution is a software correction, the developer will be notified
  • Functionality Requests: pass along feedback from the field to the developer
  • Service Coordination: scheduling of technical services

Support is limited to:

  • Current (X4) and previous (X) Mastercam releases
  • Windows Operating Systems listed under Mastercam's system requirements
  • Editors included with Mastercam
  • Installation, DNC and Communications fall under On-Site Service
