- Problem Diagnosis: quickly pinpoint source of problem
- Solution Provision: provide a solution or work-around
- Bug Reporting: if the solution is a software correction, the developer will be notified
- Functionality Requests: pass along feedback from the field to the developer
- Service Coordination: scheduling of technical services
Support is limited to:
- Current (X4) and previous (X) Mastercam releases
- Windows Operating Systems listed under Mastercam's system requirements
- Editors included with Mastercam
- Installation, DNC and Communications fall under On-Site Service
