The Verisurf Automate software module programs and operates the CMM’s quicker, and easier at a lower cost with a 3D CAD measurement platform that automates all types and brands of coordinate measuring machines. Being an intuitive 3D experience drastically contributes to helping with reducing training, support, and maintenance costs.
OBJECT ORIENTED PROGRAMMING
Users are able to create programs in Teach Mode or by selecting CAD surfaces, points, and features. Also provided is dynamic path visualization, simulation and editing for collision avoidance as well as intelligent probe management including indexing and racks. It has support for 3-and 5-axis, touch trigger and tactile scanning probe systems.
CONNECT AND OPERATE CMMS
There is Optional Universal CMM software to run proprietary controllers from DEA, Leitz, Mitutoyo, Hexagon, Zeiss, Wenzel, LK, Nikon and Pantec. There is also Optional Error Mapping to compensate for geometric, volumetric, orientation, positioning and kinematic errors.
QUALITY REPORTING AND COMMUNICATION
Users can create rich inspection reports with standard or custom formatting. This feature can quickly identify quality issues and export or write measurement data to quality management systems for immediate notification. Automate first article inspection reports or production inspection with statistical process control and real-time quality dashboards.
