In order to facilitate the work, it is important to do the following steps before the In-House Solutions Technician connects with you.
Note that only 1 workstation and only 1 version of Mastercam will be installed. To install on multiple workstations we advise you to contact your representative to make an on-site service call.
Step 1: Download Mastercam

Step 2: Install Mastercam
Install Mastercam and leave all the default settings during installation. The Technician will configure Mastercam when connecting remotely.
Step 3: Prepare your update
Make a list of all the machines and tool library you are using in Mastercam.
Step 4: Connect with the Technician
The technician will provide you with the Session ID at the time of the connection.
