Running command line commands start-up error nVidia

Due to the latest Windows nVidia driver update, if you use Mastercam 2017 or 2018 on a laptop using newer nVidia GPUs, you will get the message “Running Command Line Commands”. Mastercam will not go past this screen on start-up.
