Download the latest version of Verisurf from Downloads & Installation Page under the Products tab found at the top of our website. Once downloaded, move the file to your desktop and double click the file. Be sure you have administration rights before proceeding.
Verisurf will extract the required files from the .exe and open the install window. Agree to the License Terms and Conditions and click Next.
Verisurf will run through the install process and prompt you when complete. Note this may take several minutes.
Once complete, you will be prompted with additional options. Choose to run the Verisurf Device Interface Install and click Finish.
Once the VDI Installer opens, click next. Agree to the terms and conditions and continue to click Next.
When the device selection window appears, choose all measuring devices you use in your shop. For the Hexagon Absolute Arms choose Romer Absolute RDS Arms found under the Portable CMM Arms before clicking Next.
Verisurf will complete the installation and prompt you when completed.
Once installed check for any updates available from both Mastercam and Verisurf. You can run the Mastercam updates first.
You can do this by searching for the Mastercam program folder from the Windows Start Menu and clicking Check For Updates.
Download and install any available updates. Note that there may be multiple updates available so you will need to continue to check for updates until it lets you know that you are fully up to date.
Next check for any Verisurf updates available by searching for the Verisurf Updater under the Software folder.
Run all updates until Verisurf lets you know it is up to date.
