Creating and utilizing backups is a very important step in making sure your shop is running smoothly! In the unfortunate instance of a system crash, these backup files will allow you to restore your NC Base and its files.
From the Database tab click on the Setup button
Select Backup from the tree and click the Restore button.
Select the backup file to restore and click Open
Ensure all other database clients and DNC servers are shut down the click Yes
If you wish to restore the database to a different base directory click Yes, otherwise click No
The restoration process will begin – Once complete, click Close
Click Ok to close the editor. When you re-open the editor NC-Base will be configured as it was when the backup took place
