STEM curriculum for CTE classrooms – at an unbelievable price!

STEM Curriculum for 3D Printers, CNC Machines and Laser EngraversIncorporating a STEM-based curriculum into Career Tech Ed classrooms has never been easier or more affordable.

In-House Solutions is now offering Individual School Site Licenses that provide unlimited Applied STEM Activities for every classroom. Individual School Site Licenses, priced at $300/school annually, include as many student and instructor materials you need for your school!

At just $25/month per school, teachers can introduce their students to exciting and engaging Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) studies that align to national standards. They follow the guidelines and requirements set by several renowned organizations, including the International Technology and Engineering Educators Association (ITEEA), the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) and Common Core.

Schools will receive all three Applied STEM Activities projects — the Carousel, Catapult and Ruler. Each project is part of a complete, hands-on, interdisciplinary package suited to every level of learning and flexible enough to be used with various brands of CAD or CAM software.

The Student Guides include instructions for 3D printing, laser engraving and CNC applications. The material will be delivered through additional STEM activities, worksheets for STEM journaling and pre- and post tests. Instructors receive lesson plans, test answer keys and files compatible with any CAD/CAM package. Final projects can be created using a CNC machine, 3D printer or laser engraver, allowing instructors to check and test their students’ work. Packages are cross-disciplinary and don’t require prior knowledge to teach the material.

“We’re very excited to offer this opportunity to schools across North America,” said Connor Turnhout, Educational Sales and Training at In-House Solutions. “The individual school site licenses are an affordable way to bring STEM learning into any classroom, and our project-based curriculum has proven to keep students engaged and eager to learn more.”

STEM-related jobs are expected to employ more than 8.65 million people in the U.S. workforce by 2018. This doesn’t include those who are self-employed in STEM fields, which raises the number to more than 15.5 million, according to stemconnector.org. In turn, educational institutions are feeling the pressure to keep up with an industry growing at an unprecedented rate. The new Individual School Site Licenses from In-House Solutions allow this at an unbelievable price.

If you have more than 33 schools in your district ask us about our economical district site licenses. They ensure that all schools and classrooms within the school’s district have an opportunity to promote STEM learning within their educational institutions.
